I love how HPO slaps their logo all over it as if they were the ones who found or leaked it, which isn't true at all. Here it is without their advertising. It's actually quite a bit different than the SUV photo above, though. Only one row of buttons, not two, and no knobs for adjusting temperature. Also a lot fewer buttons than are now on the wall, which raises the question: where did the other functions go? Did the passenger controls get moved to the passenger side of the dash? Did the seat heater and ventilation controls get moved to the seats or doors? Are some function now only available on the screen?

You can't judge too much from a line drawing, but I don't see anything that looks like the current toggles for temp and fan speed. If those have ben replaced by buttons, that means 4 buttons in place of two toggles, so even fewer functions available compared to the wall. I suspect 2026 owners are going to have to use the screen for some of these features. It's a pisser that GM didn't show off the new interior at the Bash.

Both my wife and myself love the wall of buttons. It's more driver centric.

Doubt it's money. Even if they're using parts bin, the cost of redesigning the interior and prototyping, developing and testing it is in the many millions. It was reported that the current head of design for the Corvette hates the wall of buttons and wanted to redesign it the day he took over.

I like the wall of buttons, and I also prefer pre-2024 infotainment software
