The article not only showing picture of the Corvette’s key fob (new emblem too, and different from the one we saw for the Cadillac previously), but also notes it is probably going to be sold Canada, Europe, Japan and maybe more.

And as it notes that the part is a “pre production” part, it is a step up from a prototype part.

If pricing is'nt good for the C8 might just have to settle ordering the FOB and pretending I have the car...........

You willl be fine, for if you could afford a 2019 GS at list, you will be able to afford a 2020 ME (at list). So a year or a little longer than that, the C8 key fob you will have in your hand, with have another companion in your key box, and both of them will have a car they communicate with in your garage.

Otherwise it seems identical to our Cadillac FOBs in shape and size.

How about the key fob being a smaller but the same-shape as the scoop — imaged thanks to Ammo for this superimposition onto a Chazcron scoop?

And might, for the 20201+ ME version, the little bottom “key chain” opening, also mimic a potential, additional brake intake duct?
