2020 3LT Z51 coupe for sales Duecks Vancouver

Love that Mexico Blue ;)

I was told that the color is Boss 302 Grabber Blue!

In any case, I was considering the premium I paid vs the C8 in the ad and it struck me, my premium of $20k was to get a brand new car 0km C8 with a wait time of 2 days. To see a 2 year old pre-owned 9,000km car for a price about $3 less than I paid is uplifting.

However upon further reflection (and heavy rationalization) if I would have left my money in the equity market, I would have lost 12% to date so my "Porsche" C8 was only $96k and thats just $2k above list price.!!!!

There is a used 2020 1LT for sale on Kijiji Autos with 28,000 kms or $105,000, private sale so no GST. The lowest price I have ever seen, but still 20K over what the owner paid if they bought it at MSRP + taxes. Could we soon see a used C8 for sale for under $100K?

Not likely. 1LT not desirable IMHO unless you want a track car?

A friend tried to buy a '20 Z51 3LT with Mag ride and front lift for $120 and lost it by 2 hours. We are hoping the financing for the guy won't go through. When you compare the pricing for a new 2023 it comes out about 10K more than MSRP. So the downside of buying a car like that is the extra money and the mileage on the car. The plus side is you get a car without the wait.

You are a wise man. I believe the C8 price has gone up $3300.00 since 2020 which goes to your point, I assume?:Cheers2:
Sometimes "time" is worth some cash - LOL! Case for me.

For anyone interested: 2020 C8 MSRP pricing:

-3LT Coupe: $85,398 (including $2,000 "destination and freight" charge and $100 A/C tax)

-Z51: $5,900

-Z51 magnetic ride control: $2,180

-black aluminum wheels?: $? (the Build & Price says "see dealer for pricing"); **I'll assume $2,100** but stand to be corrected.

Total: $95,578 + taxes + dealer mark-ups (if any). Those look to be the only options, according to their description, since the exterior colour (black) came n/c.

They're asking $116,995 so about $21,417 more than MSRP for a 3-year old C8 with fairly low (9,110) km. Their photo shows yellow calipers which weren't OEM available in 2020; unsure if it's a "stock" photo or the real thing although the rims are black in their photo.

And YES I know it's about "$20K over" but thought someone might be interested in the above. I know I was since I'm now actively shopping for a replacement C8 (given the horrible wait for a Z06...or even a new Stingray)...but I'm not willing to pay that much of a premium. Good luck to others who might be...and hopefully you'll talk the dealer down from its asking price. Cheers!
What’s the wait time for a stingray at our dealer now netsinah?
