Want to know the going price of a C7R in Canada? Got word of a 2016 Yellow C7R that was rolled into the showroom of Addison on Eglinton in Toronto; MSRP is 129. Spoke with them and the dealership owner has not decided on whether they will sell it or not just yet, however there are already to standing offers of 150K for the car and they would invite anyone to bid should they decide to sell.

In the showroom if anyone wants to go see it though...apparently absolutely stunning

How do we like them apples?

Ha! To think that there wasn't even 1 person to jump in since September with a down payment; they would have grabbed it at MSRP and been able to configure it their way back then. Huge savings!

I know, it's weird it didn't sell back then or perhaps they pulled it wanting to make a fast buck.

Or maybe people think that the C7.R is just a glorified Z07 that you wouldn't track because it is a limited edition, although its makeup and appearance is no different than any other normal Z06. I think there needed to be something special for this sale...different look maybe....something like this in a Z06???

I actually tried to buy that car several weeks ago lol. Once the owner found out how much he could make...car was no longer obtainable. I have heard its already been picked up for 150K.
Not a fan of Addison.

That said to AF's point - I would likely have regretted it as you can't track these cars - its almost not right.

I could be wrong but there's some extra carbon bits inside and unique stitching last I checked. That and ceramic brakes. Not interested enough in 'limited' editions to do proper research.

Nice car! But as stated, it's a bit muted for being a special edition. And, as with every GM "Special Edition" vehicle, I wished they would do more than just a decal and some additional interior bits package but give it some real track worthy "improvements" (I say "Improvements" as the Z06 is awesome!) such as 50 more HP, maybe some coilovers, or some weight reduction items.

Agreed. Light weight battery, s/s headers, x-pipe and exhaust, c/f engine components, etc. I'm sure the added "real" stuff would more then justify the extra cost and be more attractive to potential buyers. If GM can't give an extra 50 hp, then take off 50 lbs.

For me...less than a month before Spring Mountain...can't wait!

YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THIS. Dont forget racing shoes or shoes whit very soft soul. I didn't have racing shoes but my converse where perfect for the job. If you go out of site for diner, watch your speed. After a day at full throttle in a vette, it is very easy to bust the speed limit out of the track. Ask me how I know...

I can defiantly get you in touch with the right person to get you this car at MSRP no additional mark up.
