2015 Z06/Z07

Spend the day at Mosport this fall ... weather wasn't the greatest as rain moved in after lunch but had a great time as always. I beat my best lap time that I had set with my 2013 427 Convertible at 1:34.5 and I wasn't really pushing the Z06 as the track was cold and grip was dicey at times.

My wife would kill me if I crashed my baby!

Quite the machine this new Z06! Love the car! If you get a chance, get on the big track at Mosport, you won't regret it!

That is very impressive. Thanks for sharing your video. When you think of all the championship caliber drivers that have rounded that track it must have been a pretty good feeling to run so well.

Really enjoyed it.

I just noticed the video quality isn't as good as the original. I will work on trying to fix that and repost. In the meantime ... enjoy. Thanks for the comments. It is my favourite day of the year when I get to drive Mosport!

Awesome ! What do you use to get the telemetry to show up like that on the video ? I've done a bunch of lapping there in a 911 I traded it for my ZR1 last year I can't wait to get it out there as its twice the machine of the pcar

My Z06 has the built-in performance data recorder so it gives you all the car info. I do believe there are apps out there that will allow you to plug into the car under the steering wheel and gather the data onto your laptop or ipad as well.

Good luck!

The built in data recorder is pretty good. Also a neat feature is you can download the Cosworth software and do true lap overlays and review all the performance data. Wish that was a feature when I got my 2014.

I use the poor man's method, an OBD2 bluetooth connector and my android cell phone running Torque Pro ( total cost under $30 ). Doesn't record as much data, but the image is better quality.
