You mention finding some great motels on your trip. Where did you stay in Kenora?

Thanks for letting me join. A longtime Corvette guy for 50 years. Currently have a 2005 (Original owner) and a 2022.

Looks like the Welland Canal in Port Colborne. Very near where it connects with Lake Erie. I have parked there many times times picking up fish and chips at Minors.

Anyone with a 1962 interested in joining a survey count of remaining cars?

Who owns the survey? What are their credentials? Is it published anywhere? Who has access and who doesn't.

    Featured Corvette Collection!!!

I've eaten at What A Burger in Grapevine Texas. Which is suburban north east Dallas. Probably doesn't fit in with his east Texas owned stores. So we may not have contributed to his car collection. I wasn't really favorably impressed with the food but it was my impression they were popular...

    Odd Bits

As I intimated I'd prefer to be pursuing one area at a time. But here goes. Does your fuel pump have the AC logo on the top and the very bottom? From there I have two more questions to confirm your pump.

We can look at that later after trying to establish which engine your car was equipped with from new. It just takes things in too many directions for now.

Ok, with no washers that avenue is closed. Let's take a different route. You say you believe it is the original block and heads. Let's follow that trail. Your car having a later VIN # will have a block casting number ending with 519. Will/Can you verify that it is 519? FWIW there were no...
