The wash bucket I use has the screen in the bottom that sit about 2 inches up from the bottom. I rinse the car, then use the mitt with Mequiars Wash/Wax. A great product.

Not sure about the damage your referring too. I have plastic film on the entire front of the car Plus the windshield. Curious if the FOAM removes polish/was or any other coatings such as ceramic films.

I'm referring to the DIY foam cannons that is done at home. Not sure the thought behind spraying the entire car with this foam and letting it sit on the car for a period of time. I use Meguiar's car wash, but never let it sit on the car for a period of time.

I have seen in some car washes where the foam from the brush has corroded the concrete floor. I have spent hours coating my car with protective products in the form of synthetic products, waxes, polishes 3M film plus a windshield film. Will this foam remove or harm the protective coatings we...

I feel very positive that GM will lower the price of their cars, especially the Corvette. They are generous that way! I also believe in the Easter Bunny.

I don't believe there is a stealth mode on the C8. My C8 really barks on a cold start and as much as I'm fine with that, I'm sure not everyone in the neighbourhood would agree. I know "weather" mode is quiet, but not sure on start up. I could not find a previous post on this.

The issue is not that only 0.1% of people have a problem. The fact that Zedoholic has for a quick fix and for the 0.1% of guys that have a problem. Its nice to know there is a quick fix when your sitting on the side of the road. I still don't think the thread was on death, but thanks for sharing.

Thanks DenisC8 for correcting me. Now do a tiny bit of research and you will see this is a problem. You can also look "Corvette Forum" USA site and see how many actually have this issue. Its only been a problem since the HTC came out, but don't worry, it won't happen to you!

By the way, I do wave to RRUUFF DAY when he wears his racing shoes. I even wave when I see a guy driving without shoes. I really think this "Save the Wave" will make a difference Murray. Try it and it may make you smile as well!

Murray you're in luck. Print this and cut to size and keep it handy while you drive. You may put a bigger smile on a friendly face.

This has been an issue for a while as many have mentioned it.
