I would go for the real carbon. Hydro dipping looks like you don't care about your baby enough to spend money on her. I have seen it up close and believe me it does not look good. Just wait a bit longer and save and you will be rewarded.

Go for it. It enhances the rear quite a bit over stock. Installed on my c6 convertable.

I have installed lowering bolts on my 2008 c6 convertable. They are adjustable, so you can play with height according to circumstances or liking. Personally think wheel well gap to big if left stock.
