This is occurring while driving and while sitting at a red light , it's just all over the place. The only thing I can think of is the thermal temperature sensor has broken, but I'm hoping to get a confirmation from someone else who had the same thing happening

So I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to fix it. My temperature is going from let's say for conversation 183° to to 196 back to 185 and up to 190 , constantly moving around. I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what was done to remedy thé
