Being advised on a 24 Sting Ray, in Dec it was invoice+ 2% (as per the norm), now they are saying it has changed to invoice + 3% in Jan.

I'm being told by the dealer that now in Jan Preferred pricing is now invoice + 3% vs invoice + 2% which it' typically has been, can anyone confirm this to be true

Is the 1.99% for an 84 month term, I don't see the rates updated on the Chevrolet site?
