I have built 4 garages, using industrial 12" black/white vinyl tiles. I tried clear epoxy over two garages and was not happy. One case the clear yellowed from the sun. The other case the clearcoat stained from hot tires. Also tried the same tiles without clear but just floor wax. Still no...
