Does anyone know where to buy wheel spacers need 1inch for rear and 1/2 for front having tough time finding them

Having issues with my 96 i just bought digital speedo goes out while driving shut car off if it lights up it will start if it doesnt light up when u turn key car wont turn over any one have this go on?

Want to freshen up the look of rims and tires on my 96 c4 wondering if c5 or c6 rims and tires would fit being i would be going to 18 and 19
