Well let's consider this:
All season tires like new, mounted and balanced with tmps and centre caps.
I just paid $8700 for these in wide body size, wheels and all seasons mounted and balanced, ready to install
The tires alone in Stingray size would cost around $3200 plus taxes.
Your title says Z06 wheels, but in the your question you say they are Stingray wheels which is what they look like.
Either way I would say between 3500 to 4500 dollars.
New all season tires and nice easy to clean wheels.

These all seasons are runflat as they have the ZP designation,,,
The standard tire on an Eray is a runflat all season....Mine had the $500. optional ZER package with the summer only tires.
They are the stock Michelins..
The ride seems softer than the Michelin summer run flats.
I haven't gone very far to comment on the noise level but will be going out tomorrow for a ride.

Got a package that included all season run flats.
The ride is a bit smoother than my old summer tires.
