Fuel Additives to prevent ethanol damage are easily available at stores catering to the marine industry, at least when I go to the USA they are so maybe marine stores carry it in Canada as well, maybe worth looking into them

by the way Techron has recently changed their labeling which i found confusing, they use to offer reg and one called techron plus which is what we needed to clean fuel gauge. Now we need the one called "concentrated plus complete fuel system cleaner"
