I totally understand your dilemma... I'm in a similar situation where I have locked in a great price plus a lot of add ons that its really hard to walk away from now.

The GM recall site seems to be down at the moment

Was talking to my dealer this morning and they are hoping any day now. they just gave me a loaner car for while I wait for the car lol.

Next week as in this coming week or week of May 6?

After some back and forth we have come up with some compensation for the delays. hoping to get it Friday but who really knows.

Just got off the phone with the dealership and they said a resolution will only be here mid May…

In simple terms I gave a non-refundable deposit on the car. Since they didn’t order the car correctly the contract is essentially void. So I should get the deposit back but we all know how hard it is to get your money back.

End of the month is my breaking point where demanding my deposits + interest and moving onto another car/brand
