Incorrect. Only 3LT gets full coloured interior, like full Natural Dipped. 2LT can only opt for partial colored, like Natural.

There are two USB, one is USB-A, the other one is USB-C. If u need two USB-A, u can simply buy a USB-A to -C adaptor from Amazon

I drove back to Calgary from Vancouver last week, and this is what I got. Imagine how bad would that be if there are no PPF. So you definitely needed to be PPFed if you are planning to drive on Alberta highway.
